Afterburn is a coach-led strength and conditioning program designed to be straightforward, effective, and approachable.
Each class is structured and easy to follow. You’ll use a mix of bodyweight movements, dumbbells, and conditioning work to improve your fitness without the complexity of more advanced training.
You’ll still be coached every step of the way, with guidance on movement, pacing, and progression so you can continue improving over time.
